"I have a bad toe on one foot and a bad heal on the other. The Bed Block keeps the sheets and blankets up off the feet thus allowing me sleep without waking up in the middle of the night in pain. You will have to re-learn on how to make a bed as you will need more sheet at the bottom to be able to tuck in. If you do not tuck in the Bed Block will slide out. The Bed Block has been a true life saver for me."
