Warranty & Returns
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions of fading or discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals. This warranty runs for 1 years from the date your Bed Block was shipped. Bed Block will either replace your Bed Block with new Bed Block of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price depending subject to the discretion of the Bed Block team.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, returns or exchange maybe denied or subject to a restocking fee and are determined on a case by case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable) or restocking fees are assessed. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturing error may be subject to partial refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be submitted to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company for a pending transfer, depending on the institution, it may take 5 - 7 business days before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve checked with your bank and/or credit card processor and you still have not received your refund within 5-7 days of your refund confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, shipping windows vary by location and provider.
